Attention 9-12 boys and girls basketball players: We want you to be the first to showcase our gym renovation! Please bring your gym shoes and be ready to try out the newly refinished floor next Tuesday, August 11th, at 7:00 p.m. We will introduce you as part of our ribbon cutting ceremony, and you will have some time on the floor to run some drills and shoot around. Please plan to be there!

📚 Yearbook Pickup Reminder! 📚 If you ordered a 2025–2026 yearbook, you can pick it up during Open House on Thursday, August 20, from 5:30–7:30 PM in Mr. Visser's room. Didn't order one? No problem! We have a limited number of extra yearbooks available for $30 on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to seeing you at Open House! 🦁

A reminder that ONLIE REGISTRATION is now open! Every student mush be registered prior to the first day of school. When you access their accounts, please check your students' meal balances and deposit funds if needed. You may pay using the app or TeacherEase website with a credit or debit card for a small fee, or bring a check or cash to the building office. You may also complete a free/reduced meal application online, and you will receive an email letting you know if you qualify.

Next week, we will be available for you to come in for assistance with registration.

Fall softball and baseball will begin practice Monday Aug 10th. Softball will practice from 5:30-7:30, baseball will practice 7:00-9:00, JH (6th-8th grade) will begin practice Monday Aug 17th. The 1st week JH will practice Monday -Thursday 3:30-5:30, Friday 7:30am-9:30 am and Sunday 2:00-4:00. The 2nd week they will pracitce Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30 and Saturday/Sunday will be announced that week.

📚🎉 Back-to-School Open House – August 20 🎉📚 The Miller County R-III School District and the Tuscumbia Betterment Committee are working hand-in-hand to make this year's Open House the best one yet! 🗓️Thursday, August 20 🕠 5:30–7:30 PM What to expect: 📖 Meet your teachers, explore your classroom and droop off school supplies. 🎒 Pick up school supplies and other helpful items available in the cafeteria. 🦁 Middle School and High School students can pick up their class schedules, find their lockers, and get familiar with the building before the first day of school. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for another great year at Miller County R-III! See you on August 20!

School Immunization Reminder! 💉📚 As we get ready for an exciting new school year, please make sure your student's required immunizations are completed before the first day of school. Today is the day! Online registration begins--when you log in, there will be a link at the top of your screen. The process should take 15 minutes or less. Every student must have a registration on file prior to the first day of school. We will have assistance available at school next week if you need a device to use or need help with any part of registration. You can also complete your free/reduced meal application online.

You can also deposit money into your student's meal account or pay past due balances with a credit or debit card. There is a small fee, but if you have multiple students, you can make one deposit and designate how you want it divided between them.

Please check your email to see if you have a welcome email for the new student information system. If not, check your spam folder. We will start online registration on Monday, so log in, browse around, and we will be ready to register students first thing Monday morning!

Reminder sports physicals are today from 2-6 @ the school. If you are unsure if your child needs a physical, contact the school.
