These FFA ladies had the opportunity of a lifetime! 🌸 They attended the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) Symposium in Orlando. For 5 straight days, they worked hard designing and creating beautiful floral pieces while collaborating with fellow FFA members and nationally and internationally recognized floral designers. They were also part of creating more than 800 bouquets that were donated to local nursing homes, the Ronald McDonald House, VA facilities, and other community organizations. We are so proud of the dedication, creativity, and professionalism they showed throughout this incredible experience! 💐💙💛
A special thank you to everyone who supported our students and helped make this opportunity possible. Your generosity is helping invest in their future endeavors, and we are truly grateful!

Mrs. Patterson's last PAT group meet before her retirement. She will be missed, but we wish her nothing but the best as she moves to a position with the Regional Professional Development Center!

Special board meeting to close out fiscal year and update/approve our Acceptable Use Policy.

If you wonder how much time your child is actually spending on his or her device, here are some great tips and resources from Parent ProTech:
In five minutes, do a quick tech audit (and do your own first—it might surprise you 😅):
1) Check the Screen Time or Digital Wellbeing dashboard: iPhone → Settings > Screen Time | Android → Settings > Digital Wellbeing. Look at total hours, top apps, and pickups.
2) Focus on pickups: This is the hidden metric. Are they checking their phone 50, 80, 100+ times a day? It reveals whether you're dealing with intentional use or pure habit.
3) Investigate the biggest app: Open the app consuming the most time. Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube all have built-in watch-time trackers.
4) Ask them to guess first: Have your child estimate their usage before showing the numbers. The gap between perception and reality often sparks the best conversation—no lecture required.
You're not spying. You're measuring. Audit first, then decide what to change.
Want the platform-by-platform walkthrough? Our on-demand resources show you exactly where these settings live on every app, and the Summer Screen Time series helps you turn what you find into a plan. ☀️
