The Miller County R-III School District is accepting quotes for summer painting projects, with work to be completed between May 18, and July 31, 2026. Quotes should be submitted individually for 3 separate projects:
1. The gymnasium/stage walls from floor to ceiling.
2. The gymnasium ceiling.
3. Six classrooms, the high school library, the cafeteria and kitchen area, portions of hallway and a stairwell, and restrooms, including stall walls and doors.

Thank you to everyone who helps support and encourage our young athletes. We would like to recognize our Kindergarten/1st grade girls basketball team, 4th/5th grade boys basketball team, and 6th grade basketball team.

The Lions took control of the game in the 2nd half and never looked back. Lions win, 76-55 over the Conway Bears. Congrats!






Lady Lions started the new year with a win over the Conway Lady Bears. The Lady Lions took control of the game and won 38-33. Great job!







Booster Club will be at the game on Friday if you would like to purchase a 50/50 Raffle Ticket. If your child has sold their raffle tickets, you can contact a Booster Club member to get more tickets. Don't forget to sell those tickets, you can be the grand prize winner!!💰

The HS basketball teams will be back in action this Friday January 2nd. The teams will be taking on Conway. There will be 2 varsity games starting at 5:00pm with the girls playing first.
We will also be recognizing our Youth League Basketball teams that night during halftime of the boys game. Families of the players on the Youth teams will be able to get in for free at the games!
We hope to see you all Friday night in the stands!

Today, FFA members Lexi Meyer and Keisha Bell helped honor the veterans of Tuscumbia by participating in the Wreaths Across America project. We are incredibly proud of these young ladies for representing our chapter with respect and gratitude. Their service helped ensure that the brave men and women who fought for the freedoms we enjoy today are remembered and honored. 💙🇺🇸


The Lions battled hard in a tough, close game this morning. Northwest edged past the Lions by one point, 45–44, in the consolation game.










Big win for the Lady Lions at the Otterville Tournament! They took down the host Lady Eagles 58–45, holding the lead and finishing strong in the consolation game. Congratulations, Lady Lions! 🦁🏀
