3rd and 4th grade has a great trip to the calendar. They thought the best part was going to the very top!

First grade is celebrating Johnny Appleseed day and learning how to write steps. We made apple pies and then wrote a recipe for how to make them! 🍎🥧

K–8 Fundraiser Assembly Elementary and Middle School students has been sent home with an envelope to sell K–8 cards for $20 each. The more cards they sell, the more prizes they can earn—and the more funds that will be donated to our school.

The Lady Lions played a really close game tonight. The Lady Lions just couldn't close out the win and fell 24-17 to the Lady Dragons of Bunceton.

🚨JH Basketball Schedule Change 🚨

The Junior High basketball game on Monday 9/29 vs Fatima will be a little different than normal. The A boys will be starting at 5:00pm followed by the A girls and 1/2 B girls.

The Junior High Lady Lions basketball team hits the road tonight to take on the Bunceton Lady Dragons!

The Lady Lions and Lions took on the Iberia Rangers this evening. It was a tough outcome for both of our teams as Iberia went home two wins. The Lady Lions travel to Bunceton tomorrow evening.

1st grade invited me to a freeze dance party the last 5 minutes of Library. I couldn't resist, but I was the first one out!

Root beer floats for a science experiment? How cool is that! The students made root beer floats. They are learning about the different types of matter. Solid (icecream) Liquid (root beer) and Gas ( The foam). Sounds like a great experiment to me 🍨🥼

High School boys basketball preseason workouts will start next week. They will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30am-7:45am.

Several students and community member attended See You at the Pole event this morning. This event was optional for all students and staff.

The Prairie Home Panthers came to town and took both wins for the evening. Next game is Thursday at 5pm at home vs. Iberia.

Mrs. Lawless has been working with the Dual Credit students about Dual Credit Scholarships. If your child is taking a Dual Credit class they will be bringing paperwork home tonight. Please return tomorrow.
