See You at the Pole Students, staff, and community members are invited to gather at the flagpole for a time of prayer for our schools. Pastor Steve McFadden will lead the prayer. Community members, please park in the student parking lot. Student drop off from 7:50-8:05, please enter and exit through the main parking lot. Bus 1--Tiphanie's bus--has a mechanical issue. We are sending another bus, but students will be a few minutes late getting home on that route.

Due to an ineligible player at this time we have decided to cancel the remainder of our fall baseball season. Practices will still be held on Tuesday and Thursday of each week from 3:30-5:00pm.

FFA members are selling Mums! These mums are only $15 and the FFA members will deliver them to you on October 6th.

Our students and staff are so creative! "Life on the Osage" floats were fantastic. Congratulations to the 7th grade class for winning the middle school division and the junior class for winning the high school division

A few of our classes had a quick field-trip to the Miller County Historical Museum. They enjoyed it so much, they are wanting to go back. If you get a chance stop by and check it out. It's pretty awesome.

Conference matchup this evening. The Lady Lions and Lions took on the Vienna Eagles. The game went in the Eagles favor but the hometown team never gave up. Next home game is Tuesday night at 6pm. ❤️🖤💪🏀

Students and parents don't forget to purchase your Admission Tshirt for all home ballgames. $20 purchase and wear the Tshirt to games will get you in to all of our home games. These t-shirts will be for sale at the JH ballgame tonight! #GameDay❤️🖤🏀

Learning with no electricity was our theme this morning. Thank you to the Fire Department for bringing us some lights for the MS hallway! We are back to our regular daily routine now, lights are back on!

It is Game Day for your Lady Lions and Lions JH basketball teams. Come out and support them as they take on Vienna tonight at home at 5:00pm. Order of games are A girls, 1/2 of B girls, A boys.

Our electricity is now expected to be out until 9:30-10:00 am. We are making adjustments to be able to operate until then.

The electricity is out at school. We WILL begin school at the regular time. Power is expected to be back on around 7:30. Breakfast will be cold offerings.

Pig-N-Pickle is this Saturday! 5th-12th grade students has discussed their class plan to decorate their class float and parade guidelines. 5th-8th grade students were sent home with a note to help explain this process to parents. The Miller County R-III School District has an opening for a full-time evening custodian. $15/hour plus insurance and retirement benefits; flexible hours--8-hour shift after school hours; daytime hours in the summer; must pass a fingerprint background check.
